We gather our years of experience, research, practices and approaches to deliver an inspired, integrative foundational yoga teacher training of the Vinyasa Flow Style of yoga, great-great-grandfathered by Krishnamacharya. Through the training we will trace our lineage, studying the traditional flow practices and follow paths of in-depth exploration of ethics, asana, pranayama, meditation, embodied anatomy, creative sequencing, restorative yoga, and more. This immersion, held over 9 weekends, will provide trainees with a comprehensive toolbox to deepen and enrich their own practice, open portals for further study. Each will gain everything they need to deliver an intelligently sequenced flow class.
We are so grateful for this opportunity to learn and grow together in community, and to be part of this vital tradition that continues to offer a way for us to move through our days and in the world with more steadiness and ease, compassion and interconnection.
