Lila Core Comprehensive Mat Pilates Certification and Teacher Training is a robust and immersive fully virtual training program that has been designed to elicit knowledgeable and inspiring Pilates Mat Teachers. Most of our grads have proceeded to teach Pilates Mat immediately after completing the training.
