Pilates & Sculpt Teacher Training in Detroit

I am so excited to announce that I will be leading a Pilates Mat & Sculpt Teacher Training in Detroit at the beautiful Hot Bones Studio. I’ve been training Hot Bones Pilates HIIT teachers since the studio opened, and combining that format with the Lila Flow Pilates Mat Teacher Training I already offer.
